Winsor is the author of Spark: Be more Innovative through Co-Creation and Beyond the Brand: Why Engaging the Right Customers is Essential to Winning in Business and the more recent Baked In, co-authored with Alex Bogusky. He founded Radar Communications which used strategy and academic-based market intelligence tools to help companies learn from key community voices. In 2007, he sold the company to Crispin, Porter + Bogusky and became VP/Executive Director, Strategy and Product Innovation there. Winsor recently left that position to co-found “the world’s first creative (ad) agency built on crowdsourcing principles”, named Victors & Spoils, with the aim of engaging the world’s most talented creatives to solve client problems.
